Ever wanted just one really nice monitor with a ton of real estate? If that sounds ideal to you, check out LG's 35WN65C-B 35-inch curved screen on sale for $399.99 at Costco. That's already a great discount at $100 off Costco's normal price. It's even better when you realize the monitor goes for much more at other retailers like Amazon. We haven't seen the monitor drop in price much and it looks like it won't do this again once today's deal runs out. Grab it while you can. While you won't have to pay a shipping fee, you may have to pay the standard Costco surcharge for non-members unless you have one. Even with that, though, the price is worth it.
LG Ultrawide 35-inch curved HDR10 monitor
The large screen has a pixel resolution of 3440 x 1440, a 100Hz refresh rate, and a 5ms response time. It also has AMD's FreeSync technology to reduce screen tearing. Of course there's HDMI and a DisplayPort, and it also has a USB hub with two USB 3.0 ports on the back.
Some people have three or four monitors. Some hang a wall-mounted TV above their battlestations. Sometimes you just don't have the room for it or you just don't see the need for so many screens. If you just one really nice screen, why not get one like LG's curved monitor? It's huge enough you can split it into multiple screens if you want (it has a 4-screen split actually so you can split it 4 ways). And the curve makes it so even the Ultrawide nature of the monitor is still fully immersive.
The LG display has a 3440 x 1440 pixel resolution, which is plenty of pixels for you to work with. The IPS panel ensures great color accuracy even at wide viewing angles. It also has a 100Hz refresh rate. While not the most it could be, that's definitely above the 60Hz standard on most monitors and will help you with motion blur and things like that while gaming. It also has a 5ms response time, which is normal.
The AMD FreeSync technology will work with your AMD graphics card to reduce screen tearing. Connectivity options on the back include HDMI, DisplayPort, and a USB hub with two USB 3.0 ports.
