A new documentary series is coming that shares the story of Xbox

The Xbox 20th Anniversary Celebration stream aired today, and Xbox took the opportunity to announce a new documentary series custom tailored for any hardcore Xbox fan. 'Power On: The Story of Xbox' is a six-part series coming on Dec. 13, 2021, and will go over the last two decades of Xbox, starting with the eventful launch of the original Xbox.

The documentary series will feature many members of the Xbox team over the years, including the original team and the current head, Phil Spencer. There appears to be a ton of fascinating information packed into the series, and it should be an interesting introspective for those who have followed Xbox from the outside for years. 'Power On: The Story of Xbox' is arriving on Dec. 13 later this year, but we don't have every detail. Xbox mentioned that the documentary series will be available on a variety of video platforms (presumably including Microsoft's Movies & TV), but there were no specifics.
